Per Phase III of the Governor's plan to Reopen Texas, studio capacity has been increased to ten (10) clients per class. Our updated cleaning procedures and check-in process still remain in place.
There will be new, more stringent cleaning procedures and responsibilities implemented in order to comply with the "Open Texas" requirements and to keep all staff members and clients safe. Here's what you can expect.
Clients - Social distancing; temperature checks; masks; frequent sanitizing; no loitering in the studio before or after class; pre-/post-workout cleaning requirements; new check-in process; temporary suspension of: in-studio retail sales, towels for personal use, changing rooms, storage cubbies and self check-in.
Instructors - Social distancing; temperature checks; masks; frequent sanitizing; manual check-in process, additional cleaning protocols; temporary suspension of: hands-on instruction, some props, etc.
All - More rigorous cleaning requirements with heavier duty products.

This piece of Pilates equipment is a combination between a reformer and a cadillac (Trapeze Table) that provides the perfect place to practice multi-planar strength and flexibility movements. It features a variety of spring lengths and tensions, as well as multiple spring attachment sites providing different levels of resistance to support or challenge the body while promoting programming options for every fitness level and ability.
Featuring a spring-loaded split pedal and optional arm attachments, the chair enables users to perform a full-body resistance and cardio workout in about the space of a dining chair. Since you perform most exercises while seated, the workout is low-impact, making it ideal for those with sensitive joints. A 50-minute workout will include exercises that cover arms, legs, core, flexibility and strength.
